Welcome to PARAS REWARD. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

To use our Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Residency: You must be a resident of India
• Valid Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the Service

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address
• You must verify your mobile number through OTP
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for financial services
• One person may only maintain ONE account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must use a strong password and not share it with anyone
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.

Users can earn PRC points through:

• Daily check-in/mining (for VIP members)
• Referral bonuses
• Promotional activities
• Other activities as specified by the platform

4.3 PRC Point Rules

• PRC points cannot be transferred between users
• PRC points cannot be purchased with real money
• PRC points have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash directly
• Unused PRC points may expire as per our expiry policy
• We reserve the right to modify earning rates at any time

4.4 Point Expiry

PRC points may expire if:

• Your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• Your subscription/membership expires and is not renewed
• As specified in promotional terms

5.1 Redemption Eligibility

To use PRC points, you must:

• Have an active VIP membership
• Complete KYC verification
• Have a minimum usable balance
• Not have any pending violations

5.2 Usage Options

PRC points can be used for:

• In-app services
• Other services as available on the platform

5.3 Processing & Fees

• Redemption requests are subject to processing time (typically 24-72 hours)
• Processing fees and admin charges may apply
• All fees will be clearly displayed before confirmation
• Redemptions are subject to daily/monthly limits

5.4 Refunds

Once a redemption is processed:

• PRC points used are non-refundable
• Failed transactions due to incorrect details are not eligible for refund
• Technical failures may be credited back at our discretion

6.1 Types of Advertisements

Our app may display the following types of advertisements:

• Banner Ads: Small advertisements displayed at the bottom or top of screens
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen advertisements shown at natural transition points
• Rewarded Video Ads: Optional video advertisements that grant PRC rewards when viewed completely
• Native Ads: Advertisements integrated into the app's content feed

6.2 Rewarded Advertisements

• Rewards are credited only after complete ad viewing
• Reward amounts may vary and are at our sole discretion
• Daily limits may apply to rewarded ad views
• We do not guarantee ad availability at all times
• Rewards earned from ads are subject to the same terms as other PRC points

6.3 Third-Party Advertisers

Advertisements are served by third-party networks including Google AdMob. These networks may:

• Use cookies and similar technologies for ad personalization
• Collect device information for analytics
• Display targeted ads based on your interests

6.4 Ad Interaction Rules

You agree NOT to:

• Click on ads repeatedly or artificially
• Use automated tools to view rewarded ads
• Attempt to manipulate ad impressions or clicks
• Encourage others to click ads fraudulently

Warning: Fraudulent ad interactions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all PRC points, and permanent ban from the platform.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are the exclusive property of PARAS REWARD or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use our trademarks without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on our content

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Third-party services will function as expected

Financial Disclaimer

PARAS REWARD is NOT a financial institution. PRC points are not investments and do not represent any financial product. We do not provide investment advice. Any redemption or transaction is at your own risk.

Our total liability shall not exceed:

• The amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, OR
• ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever is lower

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, all unused PRC points will be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay any fees owed
• At our sole discretion, for any reason

10.3 Effects of Termination

• All rights and licenses granted to you will terminate
• All PRC points will be forfeited
• Pending redemptions may be cancelled
• You must cease all use of the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

Arbitration: Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes through:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
